Reservation Policy
Due to high demand during move-out season, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Bookings are not eligible for cancellation refunds.
- The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
- If you need to reschedule, your $100 deposit can be applied to a future job within 12 months (subject to availability).
We reserve the right to fill canceled time slots with other customers.

Shared furniture add-ons are billed once per unit.
Box Drop-Off
Boxes delivered before move-out for an added fee.
Living Room Setup
Couch, coffee table, shelving — billed once per unit, not per person.
Dining Setup
Table, chairs, and dining furniture handled by our crew.

Oversized furniture estimated individually.
Mattress Handling
Mattresses must remain intact before pickup.

Do my items need to be packed before you arrive?+
Yes. Items must be ready at pickup. Optional box drop-off is available for an added fee.
Can my roommates and I book together to get a discount?+
Yes. Ask about paired pricing for two roommates or group pricing for three or more.
When should I book?+
Book 4–6 weeks before move-out when possible. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures the date and applies to your balance.
